(1) We store backups for the past 30 days. (2) Quick restoration will be made based on the last available backup. (3) For Advanced and VIP packages hours do carry over month-to-month if not used in the current month. (4) Additional work requested outside of the monthly website maintenance package allotments will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $100 per hour (5) All response times are during normal operating business hours (Monday – Friday 9 am-6 pm Eastern time zone excluding holidays). (6) Client dashboard is provided via Basecamp and requires registering for a free Basecamp account.

What happens after I sign up?
We will send a welcome email outlining all the information we need (like current hosting or domain logins, and any other necessary assets). We will add all that information inside your own dashboard and provide access to it
You will also receive monthly reports (on the last business day of the calendar month) on work performed during that month
How can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time! All you have to do is send a cancellation request in writing to support@belugalab.com and complete a quick cancellation survey. The support package will stay active for the duration of the month it was canceled, giving you ample time to migrate the website anywhere you would like.
What do website design and development hours include?
There is no limitation other than time on either design or development. If the task requires more time than your monthly allotment allows additional hours can be purchase at $50/hour
How do you track time?
We use premium time tracking software with random automatic screenshots of the engineer’s computer screen that ensures complete transparency and accountability
Can I upgrade my package?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time!
